Grades

When are grades announced?

You find your exam results in My study activities. 

The following deadlines for announcement of grades apply:

Written exam or submission of written work

• No later than 4 weeks after the exam day or submission day. In the calculation of 4 weeks, July and the week between Christmas and New Year does not count.

• If you grade is delayed, please contact your course manager about this.
  
  

Oral exam

• Immediately after the oral exam.

Submission of written work with following oral exam

• The oral exam will be held within 4 weeks after the submission, though for re-exams it will sometimes be longer. In the calculation of 4 weeks, July and the week between Christmas and New Year does not count. 
• The grade is announced immediately after the oral exam.
