The IT University of Copenhagen subscribes to the following services which means they are either free of use or provided with discounts for students. Some services may offer expansions available for purchase at your own cost. Read more below.

Colourbox
Colourbox is a collection of stock photos for non-commercial use. Students from ITU can download 30 photos per month. To activate your student license, you need an activation key. Find the activation key here.
Then go to Colourbox and follow the instructions.
Remember, that you are not allowed to use Colourbox pictures for commercial exploitation.
Microsoft Office
The IT Department offer free Microsoft Office for all staff and students. The software includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and One Note, as well as Teams and OneDrive. You can freely use the license on up to five devices.
Be aware! When installing Microsoft Office on your personal PC, "Allow my organization to manage my device" will automatically be checked off. Make sure to uncheck the box. If you already installed MS Office and checked the box, find the guide to undo it here.
DO NOT use your ITU account to log into your private computer. This will cause you to be locked out after graduation. Read more here.
Mentimeter
Mentimeter is a tool for creating engaging presentations including polls, quizzes, and questions.
Start using Mentimeter by going to mentimeter.itu.dk and log in using your ITU credentials.

Overleaf
We now offer free use of the Overleaf platform for all staff and students at ITU.
You only need to register for an account using your ITU credentials, then you will automatically be given the premium perks of Overleaf.
Overleaf is an online LaTeX editor that's easy to use. No installation, real-time collaboration, version control, hundreds of LaTeX templates, manage group projects, and more.
InLearning
InLearning is an online learning platform that helps with anything from business, software, and design. The IT University now provides free access to all the content, you just need to sign up with your ITU log-in.
NVivo
NVivo is a software tool for qualitative research to analyze large data sets.
To receive your activation key for NVivo, please contact it@itu.dk
Note that you have to provide a valid student proof. Therefore, you must send a mail to it@itu.dk, from your ITU mail account. Read more about NVivo here.
